Hi,

Can someone help me please. I have a Potterton EP2002 control panel for my hot water and heating system. There suddenly is no power going to the control panel.

All the fuses in the house seem ok. Could someone tell me how I can remove the panel from the wall (I cant find any screws) and also how I can test to see if the panel works so that I dont buy a new one unecessary.

Thanks
Dino

There is a rectangular slot on the lower edge on the right hand side. Insert a large flat screwdriver and push upwards, the panel will hinge from the bottom and lift off the wall plate exposing live terminals.

You will see L&N terminals marked for your testing.

My money is on the programmer.......

Firstly try this,
EP reset.
Drop down the flap and hold + and - buttons together for 3 seconds
