we have been notifying corgi since april 1st this year
corgi guy carried out random check on one of our installations this week, and although he found no faults gas safety wise, he rang me from site to say our engineer had missed fitting a trv on one of the radiators (as per part L )
He said that if i could send an engineer to fit trv that day, then he would not issue a building control defect notice
so anyone unsure who is going to police part L theres your answer
