Potterton Netaheat Boiler

Hi
We have a potterton netaheat boiler that is firing up OK and then after around 5-10 minutes the boiler cuts out. The pump still runs OK. The pilot light stays on.
Any idea's ??

Boiler is set to 4. Even if you turn this to max, boiler still does the same thing.

YES THE FAN DOES CONTINUE TO RUN.

When the pilot has lit, the spark generator should stop sparking,
check this by looking through pilot glass for signs of sparking. Has this stopped ?

NO the sparking is continuing with the pilot already lit. Does this mean there is a problem with the spark generator ?

likely to be either pcb which incorporates spark gen (look for dry joint as fault occurs after short while.

or

Earth shield/electrode/electrode lead all of which should only be fitted by Corgi engineer.
