Potterton Prima F Boiler not igniting

My 14 yr old gas boiler has recently been serviced. For the last 2 mornings it has not ignited with the timer in the morning. It sounds like everything works but there is no sign of heat/flame inside the boiler itself. However, it will work manually after pressing the red reset button underneath it.

Any help/advice would be greatly appreciated.

That button is the overheat. Firstly check that the pump is running and also that pump overrun is also operational. You may have to get a repairman in if not confident on testing your system.
