Hello Diane

do us a favour and turn off your capslock

I think your pump has died, or is stuck.

it is normally located in the airing cupboard, near the hot water cylinder, you can check by

removing the big screw at the front of it

Undo the nut (be careful of the pump has died you may get a lot of water coming out and see if the inner screw turns

if not take a small flat headed screwdriver insert it into the smaller screw and turn it, this will free the pump if it is stuck, if it turns freely you need to replace the pump

if no screw there should be a big plastic nut, if its the nut undo it and then if its working the nut should spin , if not take a small flat headed screwdriver insert it into the smaller screw and turn it,

I've undone the plastic nut, only a couple of drips of water came out. But
it is turning freely. Diane.

is it turning when you are calling for central heating or hot water?? if not then you need a new one

Thanks, Corgiman! After I put the nut back on I put on both central
heating and hot water, has now been running for past 10mins without
cutting off! I think the effing adventure is over. Thanks again, Diane. :D
