Potterton Problem

Hi, I'm new to the forum and need some help with a Potterton Suprima 50L

The boiler trips my RCD which kills my power

I have traced the problem to the boiler PCB which seems to have a short across the pins for the power plug.
With only the power plug removed the short is between the Neutral & Earth.
Is the board short ?
I don't know what to do next so any help would be fantastic as we are without hot water and heating.

If you search on this site you will find that there is a well known problem with Suprima PCBs. I gather a new one costs around £200.
