Been to look at the above today - water leak on the return connection to the boiler. Its been leaking so long, the threaded return connection is almost rotted through.
A return connection (Potty part no: 242461) is available but both the local HRPC & Potty themselves stated its 22mm. The connection on the boiler is 28mm, and after much deliberation with the manufacturers, they have conceded "well, it may be 28 as its the same connection we used on the Barcelona, but its listed as 22mm").
Basically, am I ordering the right part or is this connection available only in 28mm and Potty are mis-informed? The same connection (and part no.) fits the 15he apparently and I'd be very suprised if they used a 28mm connection on a boiler of that output.
Any advice greatly appreciated.
