Hi - I wonder if you can help?

Central heating works fine, but recently the hot water pressure started to get lower and lower ...
The cold water pressure is good.
We live in a hard water area, so I wondered if the problem could be due to limescale? Is there any filter on the cold water supply that may be blocked?
Any advice appreciated - Thanks :)

i would say so.

sorry.

My opinion is not to have it descaled, i would either replace the boiler or replace the heat exchanger

I haven't been that impressed by the Potterton Puma 100e.
What would be a better alternative if I replace it?
