hello to u all i have a problem with the above boiler. when i put the central heating on everything works fine but when i turn the heating off the boiler loses all pressure and i have to turn it off and re-pressure it and turn it back on and then its fine untill i put the heating on again then it does the same thing again
can anybody help me thanks john

How are you turning off the heating?

Over what period does the pressure loss occur?

hiya i turn the heating off at the thermostat and it loses the pressure within the hour and the low pressure then comes up on the boiler and i can't get any hot water until its re-pressured thanks john

Sounds like pressure vessel.

When the system is on does the pressure go right up to about 3 bar and is there a drip from the pressure relief pipe outside?

hello after checking it for the last 3 hours it seems to stay at 1.5 bar but it is dripping from the outside pipe

You need to replace the PRV.
