Power flush or chemical flush ?

oilman I was told that to purchase a tank full of oil in the summer costs a fraction of what it would in the winter...is that true countrywide?

I can't say for the whole country, but it is cheaper in places in the summer. As for being a fraction of the price, well maybe, but it's a pretty large fraction, like somewhere between 3/4 and 9/10, give or take.
