Powermax 185 no hot water or heating

come home 2nite and have no hot water or heating lock out light is not on fan is running but not firing up help please have turned off power and restarted but no joy

I have been reading a few of the threads on here regarding potterton boilers is it woth me checking the PCB for dry joints?
