Powerpoint TW36FI Malfunction

Has anyone any idea how to fix the following problem with a Powerpoint Dishwater TW36FI, When machine is turned on to wash a load , it gives out 10 beeps , then tries to start for 20 secs and this is followed by 10 beeps , When I open the door the four left lights are flashing red.

Machine is only 18 mths old and in good order

I have exactly the same problem with my powerpoint TW36FI, did you find any answer to the problem. Ive the machine about 18 months too and it only does about 3 washes a week. Looks like a flaw in the machine. Any information would be appreciated
