I have used the two zones on the keypad and mapped them to zones on the panel.

These are just surface mounted magnetic contacts.

I have tested the circuits with a Megger - all working well.

When I look in Wintex diagnostics it show tamper alarm on these zones.

Is this correct/normal for this situation?

Are the surface contacts actually wired up as Double Pole/EOL with resistors (either added in the contact, or built in)?

I found my surface contacts state tamper unless i put the wiring as "Normally Closed". The tamper wires were put together under a single screw in the contact and wired up to the general system tamper, rather than a tamper within the zone.
