Premier24 and Com2400 - ATS problems

after a weeks hols I got round to asking BT for a line check.

They've said that the line is fine and 40.2 is within their acceptable operating limits.

Not sure what options that leaves me now? Is there a way of testing the Com2400 to see if that is faulty?

so you still have comms fault ? comport 1 or 2

still do unfortunately mate.

Still using Com port 1, with fly lead attached.

are you still using an rj 11 lead ? if so get some proper bt cable and hardwire to master socket even if you just trail it across just to prove a point.
