looks neat but wasteful. i ama assuming the green conduit/pipe isnt for cables with those 90 elbows

and wiring the CU with wire links as busbar just looks wrong (but at least the busbar wiring was done as a ring !?)

but it is always interesting (to me anyway) seeing other countries wiring methods

I mean is it a conventional practice here?

I suppose I’ve only seen domestic jobs - extensions / new build and generally on a ground floor with slab, cables are laid then covered in pvc channel and up the walls in oval.

Clearly not at all common.

I suppose I’ve only seen domestic jobs - extensions / new build and generally on a ground floor with slab, cables are laid then covered in pvc channel and up the walls in oval.

I rather doubt that you'd often see it in non-domestic situations (if any), since the cable management tends to be 'more sensible' in those.

I saw may sites in southern Africa using conduit in screed, very inflexible IMHO, UK sites I have been on tend to be precast /Bison slabs, with cabling & services run over head above suspended ceilings on tray or basket
