Prima is a generic name applied to appliances made by different manufacturers.
On the rating plate sticker usually found around the door (could be top or bottom) there should be a set of numbers, if you post these it can help more with your specific problem (the origional manufacturer may be identified).
Usually numbers relate to
OEM Product number
Ser number
Model number (sometimes OEM and rebadger)
