printer hp2355 all in one..paper jam problems

I have a hp 2355 all in one..when trying to print something ..the paper goes half way and then error 'paper jam'..I remove the back and remove the paper.
I read that cleaning the back rollers and paper feed also helps..but still problems persist.when I just press OK the paper feeds through.
This error will not stop..again and again and when the eroor comes on with the paper half way, I press 'OK' and then paper feeds out ..not jam!

any ideas, please

I did try cleaning the rollers..but, it still doesn't solve the problem.

Sounds like a possible mechanical obstruction in the paper path, try a good torch.

Are you using the correct weight of paper in your printer?

Plain Paper 60-90 gsm

i had the same problem the other week with my epsom printer,took it to be serviced and it turned out to be a polo mint inside the printer how daft did i feel
