Problem viewing US video file

I have looked at the videos available here and they breakup at random places when playing. I have emailed Festool who suggest it might be variations between US and European video standards. I doubt this otherwise the pawn industry would have noted a problem They say they have had other instances of this problem, but none from within the US.

Does anybody else get the breaking up, or can they see it without problems?

I am using Quicktime 7.1.3 on a 800MHz G3 iBook with os 10.3.9. (I get the same problems with the windows version too. I have tried it on a 2GHz G5 with 10.4.8 and get the same result.

I had intermitted freezes of the vid. I thought it might be because the image size is very big (I had to pull the corners in to fit my screen).

It seemed to download a temp file but I don't know if it downloaded the whole thing before starting to play.

On the second play I got some pixellation as well.

I haven't tried the QT version, but the WMP file seems ok.
