Hi I just wondered if someone can help.
I have a zanussi zsf 6128. I pulled it out earlier to make room for the washing machine and the drain pipe has ripped off right at the machine. I have had it for quite a few years now and it was very brittle.
I can not see how it connects, there is a panel but all the electrics are connected and I really dont want to touch this. Does anyone know if there is a way of repairing this or fitting a new pipe.? Many thanks

The appliance guru's will be along at some point, but usually you can access what you need from underneath by tipping the dishwasher onto its side.
John :)

Thankyou, I have had the machine on its side and removed the bottom plate but I am still unable to get to the hose. It seems that zanuzzi doesnt like to make it easy. I cant see a way to get to it at all. Such a shame as it only needs a new pipe. It was working fine this morning.

Remove the plinth under the door, can you get to the hose clip from there?
Post the PNC number on the door sticker so we can pin down which version you have. It should look something close to this 911919018.

The number is 911919019.
Im just having another look, it looks like the plinth may be welded on. I will have another look underneath. There is a thick plastic casing inside which is stopping me getting to it from underneath.

The plinth under the door is removable. So are the sideplates & outer door. You ought to be able to change the hose from underneath, if you can't reach the hose clip take the plinth off & try from the front.

Thankyou so much for that. I can see how to do it now although it looks very fiddly. I shall order the part and have a go. Many thanks
