Just wondering from an installers point of view how they would deal with it (seeing as the installer doesn't actually ring back this might be a moot point!)
You have already started a thread about your boiler.
You should add any further questions on THAT thread rather than starting a new one! then ask moderators to delete this one.
Otherwise you will have to start all over again explaining everything.
