Where exactly have you found the live, neutral and switched live terminals? In the light fitting? In the pullcord fitting? Somewhere else?

What wiring is at your switch and how many terminals does it have?

Please try and use English when typing - it's difficult to follow text-language!

How many wires are present at the switch? If there were only two wires, they are probably live and switched live, not neutral.

Connecting live and switched live to the fan could cause it to run after a fashion when the light is turned off, with the fan picking up a neutral through the lamp filament.
If this is what is happening, removing the lamp from the light fitting would stop the fan.

Before touching the lamp, bear in mind IT COULD NOW BE LIVE EVEN IF THE SWITCH IS TURNED OFF.

Can you post some piccys?
Having the switch wires in the neutral to the light would cause the symptoms you describe.

And could you also write in English so that your posts make sense?

[EDIT]Oops -- missed the end of Sparkyspike's post... [/EDIT]
