Hi
I have a peugeot 407 sw 56 plate 50,000 miles on clock. Recently there has been a few problems with it. Air con temperature shows about 10 degrees lower than it should with ice warnings in hot weather which I just ignore but now I have several bleeping stating that the indicator lights do not work when breaking and the break lights dont work when indicating. I have checked these lights and all work. Can anyone advise on this problem - is it just the sensors and can anything be done as this is really getting on my nerves :(

Lets forget about the air con for now.....the electrical problems usually stem from the rear light clusters - either incorrect bulbs have been fitted or there is an earth problem with one of the clusters.
John :)

Air temp could be the sensor.

Feel under passenger side outside mirror and you should feel small bump. That's the sensor.

With several faults might be good idea to get fault codes read as could be problem with BSI unit.
