Programming Outputs : output does not activate

Hello,

I want to activate an output when the main power is cut off, but outputs "Aera - Fault Present" or "System - Mains Power Off" do not activate when the main power is Off.

There is a power off delay setting in global ? Set it to zero to test …

Which output are you using ?
What device is it triggering?

Was the mains off registered in the event log?

Power off delay has been set to 0 but nothing changed.

I am using Digi Outputs #8 and the trigger is cuting off main power on PCB.
