Hello,

I want to activate an output when the main power is cut off, but outputs "Aera - Fault Present" or "System - Mains Power Off" do not activate when the main power is Off.

Power off delay has been set to 0 but nothing changed.

I am using Digi Outputs #8 and the trigger is cuting off main power on PCB.

What device u trying to trigger..... have u actually tested the voltage on the OP terminal with a multi meter?

Panel : Premier Elite 48W Live
Software version : 3.0

When I cut the main power, the alarm is displayed on the keypad but the output does not activate

Output setting : Output Group - Area / Fault Present

Installation Manual documentation :
66 - Fault Present : This output type activates when a general fault occurs i.e. Line Fault, AC Mains Fail, Detector Fault etc. and deactivates when the fault is cleared.

Can you clarify the second paragraph?.
What, exactly, are you wanting output 1 to do?.

To clarify the process:

The output is configured so that a fault activates it (Output Group - Area / Fault Present).

To verify if the output is activated during a fault, the power to the control unit is cut off at the main electrical panel. The result is no activation of the output despite the error message visible on the keypad ?

What is the output connected to? How are you verifying that the output does not trigger, have you yested the output voltage with multimeter ?

So you are turning off the mains 230v supply to the intruder panel to initiate a 'mains fail' state, this would then flag up a 'System alert' on the keypad, and you want output one to go active during this?.
WHAT DO YOU WANT OUTPUT ONE TO ACTUALLY DO?, trigger a relay, operate a visual indicator, trigger an input on a dualcom/communications device?-what is the purpose?.
Output one has no inbuilt pull up resistors, so it will only really actually do anything if a load is attached, hence my repeated question-what do you want output one to do.
This information is required to give an educated answer.
