PTFE required?

Simple question. Do radiator plugs/vents with an O ring require PTFE tape on the threads?

swap the jet blue for silicone grease. be a proper plumber

No, just someone who does not understand how it works; it is 100%pointless to apply jet blue to an o-ring seal.
