Pub Prices

I only get involved in rounds when there are two of us. It's a mugs game that.
As for the cost I often like many take a hip flask to top up.

most places in Plymouth it's 5-6£ a pint. There's a really crap pub on the barbican which is 6.50. It's always rammed and I don't know why. pint of Greene king IPA in whether spoons was £1.89 and I was gob smacked

Our last boys day out was in Plymouth, found a couple of decent pubs where the beer was notably cheaper and they were doing a good trade, Spoons is always our first stop for breakfast. Our next day out is Falmouth, no cheap pubs there apart from Spoons.

My local has the price list in the corner of the room. It is supposed to show the price and ABV.

AFAIK, it remains a legal requirement.

That is what I thought, but none of the places I sometimes go in, display one. The have a food menu card, and a special drinks card, on the tables, but nowhere give any clue as to the cost of the various beers, ales, and shorts.

My mate, trying to get the top off!!!!!
