ignore this if its a diverter valve assembly that you need.
there are posts on the forum recommending only the whole valve replacement. if the rest of the valve is clean and operates when pushed manually then i feel it's worth a punt.
Your chance of a leak is high, then you'll be scratching around looking for the right seals, which you won't get from abtap.
You can't tell if the rest of the valve is ok, until you try it, then of course you have to buy the whole thing.
So if you go for the cheapest-looking route, be prepared to go in there 3 times and have to spend more in the end.
Appreciate the sentiment on fitting the whole valve but having checked the manual operation/cleanliness of the diverter valve felt it was worth a punt to just replace the motive power "capsule".
