puma 80e hot water problem

ch works fine , hw to all taps works fine , shower recently can't always fire up the boiler . removed grohe shower fixing , cleaned dirt filters , proved thermostat valve works . how can i start to reslove this problem ? is this a boiler fault?

Cant see it being a boiler problem if only shower, not taps, are having problems

Have you checked the non return valves in shower valve are not stuck
if hot taps work it will not be a combi fault.

Measure min flow rate to fire boiler at the hot tap.

Then at your shower!

The boiler does not know where the water is going to!
