I had a push button sink plug fitted 2 years ago and it has been great but recently the water is running a little slow and Mr muscle helps for a while but I want to clear it properly instead of waiting until I have a real problem. I cannot get the plug bit off I've tried turning it because I thought it screwed on I cannot see anything obvious at the back which is related to the plug, and the plumber who fitted it took the instructions away when he cleared up.
Please can someone tell me how to take it off.
