Am I right in thinking Wago style push-wire connectors are acceptable to put in non-serviceable locations?

I need to extend the tail of an underfloor heating element inside a cavity wall.

Formally, Wago "style" might not be acceptable.

Wago connectors, installed and derated in the correct Wago box, according to the instructions, comprise a BS 5733 MF accessory. Other connectors, or other enclosures, or the wrong combination of connectors and enclosure, may not.

TBH, it is not a situation which makes any sense at all, or is satisfactory, and although it will take a chunk of time, I'd advise sitting down with a cup (or large flask) of tea and the last of your mince pies, and reading through all of these:

As per F.E.Smith, you may not end up any the wiser, but you will certainly be better informed.
