Hi I have a single plug socket that I'm changing the faceplate to but my problem is I needed to extend the wires which I tried with inline wagos but there isn't enough space. I have 2 lives 2 neutral 2 earth's is there a connector I can use to fit them all in one and then extend Instead of putting a connector on each one?
Thanks

I would say the insulated crimp takes up least room, but you need the good crimp pliers and 4 x blue and 2 x red as earth wire thinner, what I have done to gain a little room is use a spacer on my light switches, when time to decorate I will fit deeper boxes, western role and wetted with solder may save even more room, but then looking at some skill, so not recommended for DIY.

To my eye that looks like a very shallow (?lightswitch?) Box set very deep in the wall with a lot of plaster depth.

The entire cavity looks quite deep

What does it measure?

I can't see if the backbox has an earth terminal in the corner, but that could save you one connector.

Use Wago 2273 series for solid conductors rather than 221, they‘re slightly smaller. Using 3-way connectors and short bits of wire as mentioned before. That should fit into your back box.
