Putting a Hager single phase RCBO in a three phase board

Is that a no-no?

If its to do with the breaking capacity surly the main fuse will have that covered.

Functional earth is a bit short, but can be extended?

hager have two types of SP RCBO - one designed for their single phase boards, and one designed for their 3 phse boards. The latter has longer tails to allow them to reach.

Also check the shrouding around the busbar screw, the three phase ones might be better shrouded to prevent any chance of a phase-phase short
