Apologies if I am asking a daft question.

Recently had fibre broadband installed. A small section of the cable had to be routed near the flat roof. Instead of the affixing the cable onto the brick wall, the network engineer chose to put several nail-on cable clips directly onto the flat roof to fix the cable.

Should I be worried about future water ingress problem due to damage to the flat roof surface?

Thanks for the advice. I will probably get in touch with the network installer to get the issue looked into.
