Hi Folks,
I'm reducing the size of my carport and, rather than changing the roof entirely am just reusing what is already there - some corrugated pvc roofing sheets.

The PVC flashing has all gone yellow and brittle and I'm replacing that at the end that I'm reducing. Unfortunately, the stuff I buy from b&q etc seems to be too big i.e. the length from ridge-to-ridge is longer than the stuff I've taken off.

The stuff I've just bought is 77mm. Now, when I measure the old corrugated pvc it seems to be 77 too - but clearly it can't be so I'm guessing it's something like 74mm ?

Does anyone know what standards were used around 20 years ago (?) and therefore what size I actually need - and any clue as to who sells it (I've googled and the best I've found is screwfix with their "smaller" pvc flashing - but they don't say what that means :(

many thanks !!!
John.

I have an idea that plastic is also made in sizes to match asbestos and iron roofing profiles try this link and look at Corolux roofing.

Hope it helps,
