i have a pvc door and when it was installed a few months ago the door bell was fitted on with a sealant that was used to seal around the door and windows and now it has come loose from the door ,is there special screws that i can put it back on with or what do i do as it is just hanging there now cheers

assuming its a plastic bell push
i would give it another go thoroughly clean the frame and bell push then a couple of small blobs of silicone then when set a bead round the edge
failing that you can use any normal wood screw into plastic or ally with a sutable pilot hole drilled if your using brass screws use a steel screw to form thread in ally first

be careful - it may well be that if you drill holes in the door you will invalidate the warrentry
best thing - skip it and fit a proper wooden door
