One or two specialists in London but that probably doesn't help you. (10 Out Of 10 SE26, White Light SW19, Stage Electrics SE16)

Try any theatrical supplier, it's also known as dance floor tape.

Toolstation do 50mm in Yellow, White and Black (strange I know). I've used the black stuff to wrap a python before and it's pretty decent tbf.
