Any idea on how to get this window open? Its stuck on the latch so all the cold air is coming in and all the heat going out.

It has no side locks to lift up its all internal, seems the top bar is the one thats stuck not the bottom and the metal bar that sticks out top and bottom is circular so prying it has proven very difficult. So far tried wth a bent metal coat hanger.

Probably not what you want to hear but would probably be more effective tackling it from the outside. The conservatory isn’t going to help at all.
It may allow you to remove some screws but the pictures don’t really help.
Have you any similar windows to look at the mechanism? Could help you figure out where it is stuck

Yeah theres not really much to see. Theres nothing on the outside of the window to see theres no roller lock around the edge of the window as you normally see. Closing handle raises two circular metal rods that come out the top and bottom of the corner of the window and its definetely stuck on the top rod only as you can feel the bottom pushes out when you open the window but the top doesnt.
