Pyronix Cameras again

Hi all,
Some expertise required.

I have three of the pyronix dome cameras and I cannot connect them to the Pyronix cloud app. However I can connect each camera to my local network using the “ADD” button.

I have a New sky router, so I split the 2G and 5G signals, then disabled the 5G so only 2G showing. The cameras connected easily to my local network using the WPS method, no issue. I can then see each of the cameras through my browser by typing in the respective IP address. But none of the buggers connect to cloud. Note I only added them locally after trying to connect to Pyronix cloud just so I had something working.

Does anyone have any ideas???

Also, do I really need to split my WiFi into 2G and 5G as this is a right pain.
