Pyronix enforcer alternative

im looking for a reasonable wireless alarm that I can arm via my mobile and get alerts.

So far I’ve found the Pyronix Enforcer v10 but I’m wondering if there’s something a little cheaper. I would also rather not pay a yearly cloud fee.

Texecom Premier Elite With Texecom Connect app control. Cloud connection with no charges. Kit is more expensive than Pyronix but much better quality.
