Newbie here apologies but haven’t been able to find same issues on existing thread. Basically my alarm is constantly been triggered by this fault. I think initially a workman knocked the front door sensor with something and I was able to reset (I have engineers code) and everything was fine. However, now I have three issues

1- when I try to clear the fault, upon trying to exit engineer mode on the panel it just sets the alarm off

2- even when I haven’t activated the alarm to set, it goes off by itself with this fault at random times

3- I’m on a main road and I’ve noticed it’s been triggered by the passing traffic when busy or by large trucks as I get that movement in my front door

Any ideas? Thanks

You need to check the front door contact lid is securely fitted, also you will need to check the rear tamper knockout has not been broken.
Best to post photo of rear mounting plate of the door contact with pcb removed.
Common fault when upvc door fitters damage units.
If broken then new contact will be required.
