I have a Pyronix Euro Mini intruder alarm with KX10PD PIR sensors and a door sensor which has been working fine until recently. This has only happened twice so far. The first time was when the alarm was unset and I heard the chime as if the door had been opened but hadn't. When I checked the panel it said the door sensor had been triggered. But not only that the date and time was now wrong. I reset the date and time and tested the alarm in walk test mode and all seemed fine. Its now been a couple month; but this time the alarm was set and it went off in the middle of the night. After checking the panel, it indicated the kitchen PIR had been triggered, and again the time and date were incorrect (out by 3 days). I also noticed the panel log has been cleared too. The only message in there is "W/T incomplete". I am not sure why this happens and there are no other messages shown.
Does anyone have any advise or reason this may happen? Thanks.
