Hi,
Just had this fitted,but tonight noticed the white strobe flashing on the Texecom Bell box as well as the orange and red LEDs.

Could someone tell me what is the difference between 'Strobe NO' normally open and 'Strobe C' common?

No it's a relay normally open and common which will go closed in alarm !
