Hi my SE has specified quadruple joists to support roof lanterns on a flat roof.
The lanterns are 3000x1500
The joists are supported on a block wall built in one side and hangers on timber bolted to the existing house wall.
I can only find triple hangers, how do I fix them, 2x double hangers overlapped ?

How thick are your joists? I've seen 200mm wide hangers.

I bought some hangers that were just two halves but heavy duty. You fix them to the outer joists and I would assume that you could just have the central joists bolted. You SE should confirm the right method really...
