Having had an issue with my boiler condensate overflow (outlet pipe frozen), I accidentally push the condensate pipe back into the boiler, which also pushed the syphon back in. I pulled it back out again, but am slightly concerned if this will have disrupted anything inside... the condensate overflow still appears to be pushing water out, but I note in the manual that if the syphon is empty it can result in fumes being released by the boiler.
Is it worth getting someone called out to check it over, or is the syphon/overflow pipe self contained within the boiler itself?
