Health and safe tea seemed to have been hacked around a bit.
Looks like it doesn't it. Did this happen at night, or at least when the owner wasn't around ?

Never assume! A couple of years ago, I had to open a safe by that method, but I was authorised (by myself!). It was a ~100-year old animal that had been on the floor of my cellar 'for ever' and had lived through a few floods, with the result that the door was totally rusted closed! It was mighty hard work!

No, not at all, and I 'knew' that would be the case - just wanted/needed to make sure before realising the scrap value of the metal!go on, do tell, were the contents worth the effort
