Question on ensuite earth bonding

i am renovating ensuite and hsve stripped out all old copper pipe for plastic, removing the earth bonding with it. however 2 questions
1. the bonding earth i took out was not connected at the othe end just a cut wire, is that correct?
2. there is 1 central heating pipe running under the toilet end floor boards, does that still need to be bonded and if so what should ot be connected to?

If it's a all plastic then no need to worry as there's nothing that will carry or induce any power that may cause a shock. At metal taps/baths etc.
