Quick Connect Commando plug

How the bloddy hell do you open a Quck Connect Commando Plug?

What make is it? Some have a small plastic part which you need to press in pretty firmly with a screwdriver whilst turning (you only need 3 hands!)

its a Bals CEE Norm and its going out the window in about 5 mins, Thanks for any advice 123

Thanks, I have just thrown it against the wall and now its open
