I need a quick curing expanding PU foam to assist with scaping a marine aquarium. It will be used to infill gaps, etc, but needs to be cured as quickly as possible so the live rock being used will not encounter too much die-off from being out of the water.

Can anyone recommend one? My requirements are (in order of importance):

- Must be inert when cured.
- Must cure quickly (<30 minutes ideally but definitely <1h to full external cure - the foam would only be applied thinly).
- Low expansion (100-200% would be ideal).
- Preferably gun applied.
- Preferably a neutral yellow colour.

The cost is not important but it must not require specialist pumping equipment to use as the application space will be limited.

I've used the Soudal/No-Nonsense foams a lot for for building/construction but they are a little too slow taking about an hour to skin and 3h to cure. I see Screwfix now sell a 'rapid set' foam (20958) which claims to meet most of my requirements but it is hand applied. I'll get a can to test it out but I would be grateful for any recommendations you may have.

Screwfix used to sell a two part frame fixing foam which fully cured in about 5 minutes, but I can't just see it on their dreadful website at the moment.
