there is hopefully a short answer to this question.....
The mother in law has just moved into a smaller newer house (flat) and i just dropped her off there after the christmas visit. While i was there i switched off her lights in the living room. Two ceiling lights controlled by a single rotary dimmer. The dinner was hot to the touch on the plate just below the dimmer itself. The question is:
Is this normal or are we looking at a problem.
