Yep, Mike. Catacombs - as in extensive tunnels/osseries most with thousands of skeletons. Not really much fun but an option if it's raining!
I'd love to go and have a look. I knew about the ones in Paris, and had a stab in the dark, so to speak.

US civil war confederates, don't know name of either
The sub was the horace l hurley, and it sank the uss housatonic, a full 50 years before a U-boat sunk anything
